Short rant here. Have you ever been listening, or watching something in Windows Media Player and accidentally clicked an audio or video link in your web browser? If so, then you know that media player will stop what you were watching and play the media that you clicked on. It is a huge frustration for me time and time again. You then have to go back to what you were watching and try to find your place again. Dumb, dumb, dumb design.
Why can't media player start a second instance and play both? At least then you can pause one while you listen to the other and you won't lose your place. Is there some setting I can turn on to enable this? Maybe I'll need to look for some other media player. Any suggestions?
