Vista...Follow-up

Quick follow-up to yesterday's post about my upgrade from Windows XP to Vista RC2. What did I do?

Well, I emailed Scott Guthrie from Microsoft and sure enough, he emailed me this morning offering assistance. Thanks Scott! However, in the interim, I paved the box and re-installed Vista. All is now working.

Getting VS 2005 working my web development has been interesting. Seems you need to run Visual Studio as an Administrator. I've signed up for the VS 2005 SP 1 beta and am awaiting approval. I'll let you know if that smooths things out a little.
